Counterbalance Fork Lift-:B1, Most used warehouse fork lift truck. Sit facing forward, forks in front. Either Electric powered, Gas or Diesel, B1 certification covers you for fork trucks up to and including 5 ton lifting capabilities. Over 5 ton requires another fork lift test which will be a B2 truck (over 5 ton).

Reach Forklift :-D1, Internal Fork Lift truck. Sit facing sideways to the forks. Forks reach out from between front wheels. Two type of reach mechanism used. Scissor and masted. Mostly used when space is needed in warehouse locations.

Fork Lift Training can be done on our site if requested.Some companies prefer training at our site as the learner is often more relaxed and attentive when taken out of their normal working environment and can therefore learn more.
Most training is done at our Forklift training site on Scudamore Road Leicester.
We find that some customers prefer training given to their staff on site which we are happy to do. It can be beneficial because the equipment they train on will be the equipment that they will be using and we can train to their particular environment. We will need facilities to do class room lessons and space to do the practical training.
